Concentrated Nước Chấm

Nước Chấm is a staple in Vietnamese cuisine. Red Boat's version is complex in flavor, being salty, sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy all at once. For this concentrate, simply add 1/4 cup of water to one pouch to use instantly. Drizzle onto barbecued meats, use as a dip for spring rolls, mix into noodle dishes, or enjoy as a dressings for salads.

Ingredients: sugar, fish sauce (anchovy, sea salt), apple cider vinegar, red pepper crushed, lactic acid, natural flavors.
