Campanelle pasta features a distinctive bellflower shape with ruffled edges and a hollow center, making it ideal for holding creamy sauces. The traditional Italian pasta-making process—featuring bronze dies and slow drying at low temperatures—preserves nutrients, flavor, and digestibility. With plastic-free, fully recyclable packaging, Pastificio Boulder supports a biodiverse food system and has earned multiple Good Food Awards (2021–2024) plus the Snail of Approval from Slow Food US.
