Pastificio Boulder is a craft pasta company primarily working with organic heirloom and ancient wheat varieties. Based in beautiful Colorado and founded by Claudia Bouvier and Ted Steen, the company prides itself on a unique flour blend freshly milled from four varieties of wheat. They collaborate with Colorado’s first regenerative agriculture certified family farm to grow some of their ancient Durum. Their packaging has been thoughtfully designed to be plastic-free, fully recyclable, and biodegradable. Pastificio Boulder has been honored with Good Food Awards in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, and has received the Snail of Approval from Slow Food US.
