Pork Stick?  Yes Please.

We've been smoking pork sticks (with really good pork, in natural casings, over hickory and apple woods) since the beginning.  If you've been to our restaurants, you've probably had one of the long, thin, delicious sticks elegantly gracing the top of the deli case.  This pepperette is a German inspired pork stick flavored with caraway and coriander in a natural sheep's casing.

Last fall, we started making these little shorties and wrapped them up all cute in a pocket-sized box.  Perfect for snacks, travel, pocket meat, and little gifts to say, "I love you... and you love meat."

Olympia Provisions' Kleine Schweine Pepperettes are shorty pepperoni sticks made with pork in natural casings, and smoked over hickory and apple woods. Kleine Schweine variety is made with caraway, coriander and chili flake.

Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, salt. Contains 2% or less of dextrose, spices, garlic, sodium nitrite, potassium sorbate, lamb casing.
