Taking inspiration from age-old cheesemaking techniques, Nuts For Cheese™ embarks on its culinary journey by meticulously handcrafting dairy-free cheese wheels from organic cashews. These carefully nurtured wheels undergo a transformative fermentation process guided by house-made cultures, endowing them with not only delightful flavors but also an array of life-giving benefits for our palates and microbiome.
The journey of each cheese wheel through their production facility is distinct, some adorned with hand-painted rinds and others enriched with an array of homemade sauces, fresh herbs, and aromatic spices.
