The noodles are made of super plant moroheiya, Egyptian spinach that contains high nutritional properties and when cooked, become bouncy and chewy. Complimenting the noodles perfectly is the broth, which is loaded with savory and tangy ingredients such as tom yum, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. This is a quick and easy option for lunch at work or home, and great for camping for outdoor meals.

Ingredients: shiitake mushroom, natural yeast extract, tomato, fava bean protein, sea salt, soy sauce powder (soybeans, salt, maltodextrin), tom yum and lemongrass natural flavors (maltodextrin, gum acacia, natural flavors, safflowers oil), rice flour, garlic, mushroom extract (maltodextrin, mushroom extract, and salt), onion, green onion, white pepper, crystallized lime (citric acid, lime oil, lime juice), tricalcium phosphate (less than 2% added as an anticaking agent), green moroheiya noodle: wheat flour, tapioca starch, organic moroheiya, salt, sodium bicarbonate.
