Founder Thuong Tan, a Vietnamese-born Finn with Chinese roots, is a noodle enthusiast. Not so keen on rice and potatoes, Thuong enjoys eating noodles all times of the day, but realizes that not all options are accessible or healthy. With Noodelist, she creates a version of instant noodles that are not only wholesome, but great for the environment as well. Noodelist sources a nutrient dense super plant called Moroheiya, an ingredient that has a deep cultural history in Egypt, for their noodles. Moroheiya is considered Egyptian spinach and is high in fiber, carotene, and calcium. They have created rich and flavorful soup bases working alongside the award winning chef Petteri Luoto that pair exceptionally well with the moroheiya noodles. Furthermore, Noodelist utilizes environmentally conscious packaging for their noodle kits, not styrofoam cups.
