Their overnight oats consist of soaking their oats overnight in dairy-free milk and other ingredients like fruit and nuts. All of their products are dairy-free, gluten-free, Non-GMO, contain no added sugars or preservatives. While MUSH's headquarters is in Chicago, they manufacture in Salt Late City, UT. They have chosen Salt Lake City because it is a city where manufacturing is still considered noble work that people take pride in. Additionally, it's an emerging startup community, has unparalleled access to the outdoors which cultivates a more nature-conscious community, and lastly, it sits at the intersection of 2 major US highways: I-80 and I-215 enabling them to make MUSH super accessible to the nation.
