We’ve worked with the team at Momofuku to create a weeknight version of their iconic bo ssäm pork that’s cured and slow-roasted at the Good Eggs kitchen. Round it out with a trio of sauces, rice, and butter lettuce to build pulled pork wraps for dinner and experience this delicious dish at home.

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the bo ssäm pulled pork from the packaging, place in an oven-safe sauté pan, and tent with foil. Transfer to the middle rack of the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the foil, turn oven to low broil, and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes or until caramelization begins on the top of the pork.

Step 2

Reheat the rice in the microwave, 1 to 2 minutes or according to package instructions. Transfer the kimchi, scallion ginger sauce, pickled red onions, and K sauce into small serving bowls.

Step 3

When the pork is ready, place in a serving dish and set it out with the lettuce leaves, rice, sauces, and kimchi to build wraps at the table.
