We worked with the culinary team at Momofuku to develop these tender pork ribs, which are marinated in lemongrass, ginger, sesame and spices, then slow-cooked to perfection. After cooking, these ribs are glazed in Momofuku’s famous Honey Chili Crunch glaze - making it the sweet, spicy, umami-rich sauce that once you taste you will crave!
Preparation Instructions:
Reheat / Serving instructions: Cover aluminum tray with foil, and place in the oven at 350F, for 10-15 mins. Remove ribs and coat with sauce or serve on the side.
