Vanilla Plombir Ice Cream

This is Moloko's version of the Russian Plombir, an ice cream originally by the French, consisting of cream, milk, eggs, and condensed milk. Moloko adhered to the strict USSR guidelines of the GOST 117-41 for the production of this ice cream, using Straus Family Creamery milk and cream and famous Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla for optimal flavor and texture. Eat this ice cream straight out of the pint, scoop onto a cone, or enjoy with espresso.

Ingredients: organic cream, organic nonfat milk, organic sugar, organic egg yolks, organic condensed milk (organic milk, organic sugar), organic vanilla extract.
