A new company, Mejorado uses a 30 year old tried and tested tortilla recipe that has been mastered at the award-winning restaurant Burritos La Palma. Using old world techniques with modern day fulfillment, these tortillas have won the 2021 KCRW and Gustavo's Great Tortilla Tournament of Champions. Their tortillas are made without any preservatives, binders, or fillers.
