Pure Ground Vanilla Powder (Small)

LAFAZA pure ground Madagascar Bourbon vanilla powder is made from some of the finest vanilla produced by farmers each year. We start by hand-selecting premium aromatic LAFAZA vanilla beans that have been sun-cured and dried to remove nearly all of the moisture in the pod. The beans are then ground to a fine powder and sealed for freshness. Pure vanilla beans are the only ingredient in this all-natural product.

Pure Ground Vanilla makes a convenient and delicious addition to baked goods, spice rubs, coffee, tea, specialty drinks, smoothies, dry mixes, and can be used in many recipes instead of vanilla beans or vanilla extract. We suggest using about 1/2 teaspoon of ground vanilla as a substitute for 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 

Ground vanilla is extremely versatile in cooking. Try sprinkling with sugar as a topper, or mix a pinch in with yogurt, fruit salad, or morning oatmeal. We even add a teaspoon to our ground coffee beans before brewing sometimes to make a wonderful pot of all-natural vanilla coffee.
