Kelaneh is a flatbread hailing from Kurdistan, found in the mountain region of west Iran. It is filled with fresh herbs such as scallions, parsley, and cilantro and aromatic garlic. It is then sauteed with butter and seasoned with salt and pepper. It can be enjoyed on its own or eaten with any meal.
