Organic Red Spring Onions

Rick and Kristie Knoll grow some of the most beautiful spring alliums in the Bay Area on their 18-acre diversified fruit and vegetable farm in Brentwood, CA.  Organic Red Spring Onions are the spring (or sometimes fall) versions of the cured bulbs you're used to seeing year-round at the grocery store. With a sweeter, milder flavor than a mature red onion, these are delicious cooked or raw and can be used interchangeably with scallions.
