Gotham Greens uses 97% less land and 95% less water compared to conventional farming practices, which means they can conserve 270 million gallons of water annually.

Their greens are thoughtfully grown with flavor and long-lasting freshness in mind. Many of Gotham Greens’ dressings and sauces are dairy-free and vegan-friendly.
