The culinary team at Momofuku created this Korean Spicy chicken soup - bringing together tender chicken thighs, steamed carrots, and bok choy in an aromatic red broth made with plenty of gochujang (Korean chili paste), ginger, garlic, and toasted sesame. Enjoy a satisfying bowl on its own, pair it with Momofuku noodles or even coconut rice!
Reheat / Serving instructions: Soup can be rewarmed in a saucepan at medium-high heat or in the microwave until the desired temperature is achieved.
