Four Roses

Four Roses was founded sometime in the late 1800s (the exact year is unknown) and has been making fantastic classic Kentucky Bourbon since. Generation after generation has kept the tradition alive, and today, Master Distiller Brent Elliott makes fantastic whiskies in the original distillery—in fact, it's on the National Register of Historic Places. They also have the distinction of being one of the few Kentucky Bourbon distilleries to use non-GMO corn.
