Firehook Bakery uses the simplest of ingredients to create their uniquely crunchy crackers. They've been baking to order in Chantilly, Virginia since 1992 when they first opened as a sourdough bakery and coffeehouse. Over the years, the family grew to operate several neighborhood bakery locations. Firehook Baked Crackers are currently non-GMO and kosher, and working towards an organic certification that they hope to receive in March 2019. Each of Firehook's crunchy crackers is baked from scratch with the simplest ingredients, artisan baking methods, and lots of love.
