Ron Rexroth, the founder of Fillo Factory, grew up in a fillo-producing family business. On holidays (and all the rest of the year, too), his mother Ruth and aunt Trudy would work magic in the kitchen, filling their home with incredible aromas and flavors. When he went to college to get his mechanical engineering degree, Ron's parents sold the family business. He spent years perfecting a new generation of fillo-making equipment, and in 1993, opened his own family business: the Fillo Factory. Now they're proud to produce organic and natural fillo goodies: healthy, free of chemicals, and totally delicious.
