OB Amarillo

Far West's OB Amarillo is a Good Food Awards 2019 Cider winner! The Good Food Foundation judges over 2000 entries in 16 style categories, submitted by craft food producers from all 50 states. Each entry must top the charts in a blind tasting and meet strict environmental and social responsibility standards to be considered as a finalist. Only about 200 winners are crowned, recognizing outstanding quality and flavor.

Far West's OB Amarillo takes their Orchard Blend No. 1 and adds Amarillo hops. Amarillo hops are known for their stone-fruit and citrus aromatics that meld with the deep apple body of the semi-dry cider. While the hops do not add any bitterness due to the method of adding them, the flavors from it dry the cider just slightly. Pair with aged cheddar or spicy Thai food.
