Fancypants Baking Co., proudly a women-owned brand, has been crafting delicious cookies with a unique twist since 2004. Founded by Maura Duggan, the company began as a decorative cookie business in Massachusetts and has evolved, with the help of her husband Justin Housman, into a beloved brand known for its decadent crispy cookies. Inspired by the homemade cookies Maura baked with her grandmother, Fancypants' flavors are a perfect blend of classic, approachable, and innovative, each with a special fancy twist.

Fancypants is a pioneer in sustainability, being one of the first brands to offer upcycled cookies. They use upcycled oat flour made from the dried and milled oat pulp left after making oat milk, combining it with King Arthur Baking Co.’s flour to create their proprietary blend. Real butter, sugar, and eggs are added, with no artificial ingredients, resulting in cookies that are both delicious and environmentally friendly. The brand is non-GMO verified, kosher-dairy certified, and operates out of a nut-free manufacturing facility, ensuring the safety of their products from peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.

Committed to a zero-waste philosophy, Fancypants partners with Farm Powered to convert broken cookies into carbon-negative renewable natural gas, helping to power farms in Massachusetts. Their packaging is fully recyclable through a partnership with How2Recycle, further underscoring their dedication to sustainability.

With a focus on fun and whimsy, Fancypants’ cookies are packaged in resealable bags featuring a signature classic red color and a cheeky peacock mascot, making them as delightful to look at as they are to eat.
