Clint Victorine, rancher and founder of Eel River Organic Grass-Fed Beef, is a native of the Eel River Valley in Northern California. Clint found his passion in raising cattle in high school and pursued his dream after graduating from Cal Poly. He made the switch in 2000 to 100% Certified Organic—grass-fed and grass-finished—in order to offer healthier beef raised in a more natural way.
Eel River Organic Beef cattle live on lush green organic pastures, engaging in their natural behaviors—grazing, basking in the sunshine and socializing with the herd.
