Dosa's vegan Kerala Coconut Simmer Sauce is made with rich coconut milk, real vine-ripened tomatoes, and all kinds of savory spices from aromatic coriander and cinnamon to bright, immune-boosting turmeric. Use it as a marinade or a simmer sauce for meat, fish, tofu, and all kinds of veggies—we love it with chunks of nutty kabocha squash, potatoes, mushrooms, and peppers.

Ingredients: coconut milk (coconut milk, water, xanthan gum), water, shallots, ground tomatoes (vine-ripened fresh unpeeled ground tomatoes, extra heavy tomato puree, and salt), coconut oil, jalapeno, sea salt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice concentrate (100%), coriander, rice starch, garam masala (coriander, cumin, chili, ginger, clove, cinnamon, bay, spices), fenugreek, cayenne pepper, cumin, turmeric.
