Organic Haricots Verts (French Beans)

These incredibly delicate french green beans are excellent sauteed in a little bit of garlic and olive oil or lightly steamed and they are stringless so prep is easy!  Find them on the menu at such versatile restaurants as Chez Panisse, Slanted Door, and Foreign CInema.
