Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate sources the beans for this bar from Maya Mountain Cacao, a small co-op in the Toledo District of southern Belize. This co-op works with local Mayan farmers to improve not only the quality of the cacao they farm but also their quality of life. Their Belize 72% Dark Chocolate Bar is wonderfully nuanced, full of aromas like floral jasmine, tart dried cherries, and dried plum.
