Délice Glacé is a BIPOC, woman-owned, family-run confectionery specializing in handcrafted French meringues. Founded in 2016 by Azarmeen Pavri, the company began with frozen meringue celebration cakes that quickly gained local acclaim in the San Francisco Bay Area. But when Azarmeen noticed the lack of clean, allergen-friendly sweets on store shelves, she pivoted to what would become her signature: delicate, naturally gluten free, dairy free, nut free, and fat free meringues.

Each recipe was first developed in Azarmeen’s home kitchen for her own children, with a focus on minimal ingredients, clean processing, and no preservatives. Today, every meringue is still hand-piped and crafted with care using real fruit and natural flavors—preserving the integrity of a classic French confection while offering a modern, better-for-you twist.

From a nod to their heritage in the name Délice Glacé to nationwide availability in fine food and gift shops, this family business has grown while staying rooted in its original mission: creating joyful, clean confections that anyone can enjoy.
