Daybreak was founded by lifelong friends Michelle and Stanislav, united by a love for the rich, vibrant flavors of traditional Vietnamese coffee. Their mission: to share the experience of authentic Vietnamese coffee culture through a modern, handcrafted beverage.
At the heart of Daybreak’s coffee are robusta beans grown on a third-generation, family-owned farm in Đắk Lắk, Vietnam—an area known for producing some of the finest robusta beans in the world. These beans are roasted in butter, a time-honored Vietnamese technique that enhances their bold aroma and depth of flavor. Daybreak then brews and blends each batch with care, combining the strong, distinctive coffee with creamy California Farms™ sweetened condensed milk to create the perfect balance of richness and sweetness.
