This oil has mild fruity tones, with clear fresh grass, artichoke and mint traits, and a spicy ginger finish. This is a medium intensity oil, and marries well with fish and seafood. Enjoy it for its satisfying taste and heart healthy benefits. There is a limited amount of this year's pendolino, so get some while you can! This oil is the winner of a silver medal at the 2013 Yolo County Fair and a bronze medal at the Los Angeles County Fair.
