Raspberry Tarts

Brioche Pasquier's Raspberry Tart is single-serving, but comes in a pack of two. A rich and nutty almond cream fills a flaky, buttery crust. They then glaze the cream with a vibrant and sweet Meeker raspberries. Share the tart with a close one or save the other one for later.

Ingredients: raspberries, sugar, wheat flour, butter, invert sugar, water, eggs, almonds, red currants, cornstarch, pectin, salt, agar-agar, raising agents (sodium carbonate and diphosphate).
