Grown on small family farms in Central Coast California, they are cold-pressed within 90 minutes of harvest for premium flavor and freshness. Rosette's Extra Virgin Olive Oil's label was crafted in collaboration with California-based multimedia artist Lilian Martinez. This olive oil is rounded and robust, ideal for pasta, pizza, eggs, bread, and roasted vegetables.
