All of these partner farms grow without pesticides or chemicals. Their high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil is is lovingly made with heirloom olives cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest. Each year's oil is sent to be chemically tested by a third party to ensure it far exceeds standards for extra virgin olive oil set forth by the IOC, FDA, and COOC. Brightland’s fruit-forward vinegars are double-fermented on a nutrient-dense family farm on the central coast. Lastly, their raw, unfiltered honey is sourced from 4th generation beekeeping families in California and Kauai, exhibiting nuanced flavors of their geographic origin and botanical source.
