This Rosette Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Brightland is made with a medley of peppers and early-harvest Frantoio olives. Grown on small family farms in Central Coast California, they are cold-pressed within 90 minutes of harvest for premium flavor and freshness. Ardor's Extra Virgin Olive Oil's label was crafted in collaboration with New York-based artist Marleigh Culver who was inspired by the summer heat of Southern California. This olive oil is smoky and hot, ideal for pasta, pizza, noodles, and drizzling on other dips.
