Organic Fairtime Yellow Peach

The Fairtime is a bright yellow-fleshed, peach with a knock-your-socks-off bold flavor.  It is a freestone peach, meaning that the pit pops out easily leaving you free to snack away to your heart's content. It's a favorite for processing, so get out your mason jars and pie pans.

Please note: like other end-of-seasons varieties, the Fairtime is best enjoyed when on the firmer side, and can get mealy if allowed to get too soft.
