Each batch begins with peak-ripeness produce that’s carefully prepped and evenly arranged by hand. From there, it’s gently dried at low temperatures to avoid cooking—helping retain natural flavor, color, and nutrients.
Over many hours, moisture is slowly removed to achieve a tender, balanced texture—never too tough, never brittle. Once drying is complete, everything is quickly packed and stored to maintain freshness and prevent oxidation.
