Carmody

Carmody is named for the road that runs adjacent to Bellwether Farm. Highlighting the buttery, grassy flavors of fresh Jersey cow's milk, it's a semi-firm cheese with a mild, creamy flavor. It slices easily and is perfect for snacking or adding to cheese plates. It pairs well with salty olives, fresh fruit, and makes a very memorable sandwich ingredient!
