The Snow Angel is an early-season White Peach. It has less acidity than most yellow varieties, with more floral notes. It may just be the beginning of the season, but these peaches should ripen up to have a nice flavor!

In order to get you your peaches in the best condition, they'll be delivered to you a few days away from being ready to eat. Leave them at room temperature in a paper bag to expedite the ripening process.
