Baba Small Batch is tucked in the Pacific Coast between Los Angeles and San Francisco, at a kitchen located in Santa Barbara. Moez, founder and owner of Baba Small Batch, was inspired by his grandma’s cooking in North Africa, where she picked fresh herbs and ingredients from the family garden and created mouthwatering dishes. Taking that fresh and clean sourcing concept, Baba Small Batch grows their own organic garbanzo beans for their hummus products, while sourcing their other ingredients from local and California based farms. All of their products are hand-made in small batches right out of their Santa Barbara kitchen instead of large factories to ensure high quality and homemade flavor which will remind everyone of grandma’s cooking. Baba Small Batch gives back to the environment and community by supporting local farmers, attending farmers’ markets, and keeping their supply chain to a minimum.
