This Fermented Seaweed Salad is made with domestically grown kelp from the Maine coast, kimchi juice, sesame, and tamari. Atlantic Sea Farms' kelp is untreated and fresh, never dyed or dried. Additionally, kelp and kimchi are naturally high in probiotics and other nutrients. This salad is great eaten on its own, but can be mixed into a variety of recipes such as rice dishes, noodle dishes, or salads.
