Anne's Toum is a husband and wife ran company who were both raised in the Bay Area. The Toum they produce is an authentic family recipe that hails from Beirut, Lebanon and will instantly transport you there with every bite. Husband Steve first tasted Katia's Toum on their first date when she made Lebanese food for him, which he is hooked on even after marriage. Katia learned how to make Toum from her mother Anne when she was a little girl. Anne was taught by her mother, where the recipe has been passed down from generations. When Anne passed away unexpectedly in 2019, Katia and Steve decided to create Anne's Toum in honor of her and the deep traditions of the family. Crafted with love and attention to detail, their Toum is plant-based and made without any fillers, binders, preservatives, or sugars. They use 100% California grown garlic and organic high-oleic expeller sunflower oil to exhibit a true garlic flavor. Anne's Toum founding principle is "when in doubt, Love More" which they hope can apply to everyday moments like enjoying a meal with family and friends.
