But Ami Ami isn’t just about taste—it’s about doing better, too. Alarmed by the environmental cost of glass bottles, they turned to boxed wine as a smarter, more sustainable option. Boxed wine produces about half the carbon footprint of glass, and since it stays fresh for up to six weeks after opening, it supports a quality-over-quantity lifestyle.
