Blue Corn Organic Masa Harina

This masa harina has a fine texture and is ideal for making tortillas, pupusas, gorditas, sopes, and more. It is also used for other purposes -- pancakes, chips, wheat-free pizza crusts, and cookies, so this is a great flour for wheat-free cooking and baking. Instructions for corn tortillas are included with every bag.
