
Mirzam
Mirzam is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker dedicated to transparency, quality, and craftsmanship. Every step of the chocolate-making process takes place at their factory, from roasting the cocoa beans to hand-wrapping each bar, allowing chocolate lovers to experience the artistry firsthand.
Inspired by the historic Spice Route, Mirzam sources single origin cocoa beans from Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, and India. These beans are chosen for their unique flavors and rich heritage, reflecting the maritime trade routes that once brought spices and other treasures to Europe.
Using traditional granite wheels, the roasted beans are ground for several days, slowly reducing the particle size to produce ultra-smooth chocolate with no need for additional additives. Each bar is carefully crafted to highlight the distinctive taste profile of its origin, offering a truly authentic chocolate experience.
Mirzam also celebrates visual artistry by collaborating with talented artists to design their chocolate bar wrappers. Each wrapper is hand-created, reflecting the same care and attention as the chocolate inside.
