Milkadamia’s nuts are grown on the family-owned Jindilli farm, on the eastern coast of Australia. The high rainfall in the area means the trees can be grown without any additional irrigation—it's the area where macadamia trees originated, so they are perfectly suited to the climate. Jindilli practices regenerative agriculture, giving natural processes time and space to take place and working to rebuild the soil health and microorganism diversity. Even their pest control is natural—they’ve built nest sites for owls (one nesting pair of owls can munch down 3200 rats in a single season!) and have two fox terriers who do their part at keeping rats away, too.
The team at Milkadamia believes that the healthier their trees and land are, the better for everyone and everything. They’re determined to put something special into the world. Their nutmilk is made with raw macadamias for the highest percentage of monounsaturated fat (just like in olive oil and avocados) and the best flavor. Always dairy-free, soy-free, non-GMO and gluten-free.
