Daily Driver makes butter, cream cheese, quark, and ghee in their San Francisco creamery using single-origin A2 casein organic Jersey milk from nearby Silva Family Dairy. They use traditional techniques to culture and ferment the dairy, then churn it and add any mix-ins like Himalayan sea salt. Their butter is even hand-paddled with traditional wooden paddles.
Silva Family Dairy, where Daily Driver sources their dairy, is a seventh-generation dairy farm in Tomales, CA. Their Jersey cow herd is pasture-raised on 1200 beautiful acres.
