Yellow Curry gets its namesake color from turmeric, and it's rich, distinct flavor from curry powder and other Indian-inspired spices, blended with aromatic Thai ingredients like lemongrass, galangal, and Makrut lime leaves. Just mix with your favorite veggies and protein and serve over rice or noodles!
