Windchaser Wine Co is a family run urban winery located in Berkeley California. The grapes are sourced from responsible farmers in Mendocino with a focus on Anderson Valley as well as from El Dorado in the Sierra Foothills. The wine is made with a philosophy of minimal intervention. The goal is to create wines that are alive, fun, and proudly Californian without falling into any stereotypes. They utilize native fermentations, barrel fermentation of white wines, and gently foot-stomping whole clusters for red wines. Their wines made with minimal manipulation that is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
