Whiskey Hill Farms

Whiskey Hill is a pioneer in the regenerative agriculture scene.  David Blume, co-founder of the farm, has partnered the growing operation with Blume Distillation to use the byproduct gasses of the distillation process, filtered through cattail ponds, to spur algae and fish production and to heat the greenhouses to encourage the growth of the farm's medicinal and specialty greenhouse-grown crops. The farm builds intentional habitats for frogs, lizards, snakes, beneficial insects, and birds as part of its Integrated Pest Management program.
