Organic Yellow Onions

Yellow onions are the workhorses of the allium family. With a rich flavor and a subtle, aromatic sweetness that increases when cooked, these are one staple you won't want to be without. Dice them for a mirepoix to make broth and soup, quarter them to stuff your turkey, or slice and add them to any roasting pan for an extra boost of flavor.
