Beet & Saffron Whitefish Roe

Naturally infused with real saffron, this roe provides a delicate and subtle flavor. Its very small grain is naturally colored with giving it a luxurious ruby red jeweled brilliance.

Note: we recommend serving and enjoying caviar and roe on a non-reactive spoon such as wood, ceramic, mother-of-pearl, or plastic. Reactive metals can alter the delicate flavors of excellent caviar.
